Delivery Charges
* Delivery Charges will incur an extra fee as each painting differs in weight and will have different packing requirements. If you contact me I can give you an estimate of what it is likely to be.
* All artwork will be flat-packed as rolling paintings can damage them.
* Paintings will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class tracked, or by courier.
* Where possible packaging will be recycled both for the sake of the environment and cost to you the customer.
* I aim to dispatch your item within a week of taking payment if not sooner.
* If you are local you are most welcome to come and collect your painting by appointment.

All artwork is relatively easily damaged and I put my heart and soul into my work. For this reason, when I package my work it will be overdone rather than underdone! With most packages there will be instructions on how to unpack your painting safely. Please follow these instructions carefully, especially in the case of pastel paintings which are unfixed and if opened wrongly could easily get smudged. Once you have checked your painting, repack it safely. Where appropriate, it is important to get your painting framed as soon as possible to protect it from damage.
